The wine obtained from the Piedmontese variety of the same name has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
To the nose it shows a beautiful bouquet of flowers and fruit with white pulp.
The mouth is in perfect balance between softness and freshness, and this allows the wine a certain persistence.
🍽️ When I have to drink it?
I recommend it as an aperitif or in combination with appetizers, fish dishes and simple first courses.

Fresh, circa at 10-12 °C.
